Cash Rent
Cash rental consists of a basic contract in which HCI Ventures owns farmland and rents it to farmers.

Cash Equivalent
The cash equivalent model offers farmers land rental priced in bushels of production rather than dollars. In this model HCI shares crop price risk, which helps take some of the price volatility out of the farmer's business.

HCI Farms
Seeing the demand for a better alignment of interests between land owners and farmers, HCI Farms Ltd, another division of Hokanson Capital, was formed to offer more progressive risk management strategies to farmers. These strategies allow farmers to better manage their fixed costs relative to their crop production.
