Jordan Hokanson, BA, MBA
President

As president of HCI Ventures, Jordan comes from an entrepreneurial family that believes integrity is the foundation for good business. His relationship focused strategy comes from recognition that through the sharing of information and the ability to look for win-win opportunities both HCI and its farming clients can be successful. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from the University of Alberta, and Petroleum Engineering Technology diploma from NAIT. By combining his education, business values, experience in finance and business development, Jordan is able to help employees and clients succeed.

 
Terry Saxton, CA
Vice President, Finance

Terry has more than 20 years senior management experience in both the public and private sectors.  He has held CFO responsibilities with a number of start-up companies and most recently was CFO of a TSX-V company.  He brings broad financial management strengths to the HCI Venture team.

Mathew McLash, BA, LLB, MBA

Mat brings a diversified, professional background to HCI Ventures; most recently as Vice President and General Counsel of a multi national conglomerate, with extensive real estate acquisition, development and investment experience.

Marilyn Cohen
Accountant 

Marilyn has been employed with the founding family of HCI Ventures Ltd since 2002.  With more than 25 years experience in accounting and administration, she has been an integral part in facilitating the inception of HCI Ventures Ltd in 2005.  Her continued service to our company is a valuable asset. 

Janet Watson

Janet has held a variety of positions in both the public and private sectors in the areas of housing, life insurance and economic development.  Her parents owned a farm in Osage, Saskatchewan so she appreciates and can relate to the agricultural community.
